Project: Full Downstairs Renovation & Open-Plan Transformation

This project involved a complete transformation of the ground floor, turning a traditional layout into a modern, open plan kitchen, dining and living space designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

We began by removing internal walls to open up the space, creating a light filled, seamless layout. New bifold doors were installed to bring the outside in, enhancing both natural light and connection to the garden.

The entire floor was levelled before installing high quality LVT flooring throughout, ensuring a flawless and durable finish across the whole space.

At the heart of the project, we designed and installed a brand new kitchen, tailored to suit the client’s lifestyle, combining both style and functionality. Finished with panelling and decorating throughout.

As part of our fully project managed service, we took care of everything from start to finish including all building works, electrics, plumbing, gas and decorating allowing our clients to enjoy a completely stress free experience.

From the initial strip-out to the final finishing touches, this project showcases how we deliver a complete, cohesive transformation, not just a kitchen.
