Project: Kitchen, Dining room & Utility Renovation 

This project in Ware, Hertfordshire involved a full kitchen and dining room transformation including downstairs utility room, creating a more open, functional and beautifully designed living space.

We began by removing the existing fireplace and carrying out a structural knock-through to open up the layout. To ensure the integrity of the property, structural support was installed, including steelwork where required, allowing us to create a seamless kitchen and dining area.

As part of the renovation, we extended the existing windows and doors to maximise natural light and enhance the overall sense of space, giving the room a brighter and more modern feel.

A brand new kitchen and utility room was installed, tailored to suit the client’s lifestyle. The kitchen features a stunning Rangemaster cooker, a bespoke pantry cupboard and a beautifully integrated spice drawer, combining both practicality and style. The space is finished with elegant marble worktops, adding a luxurious touch to the overall design.

This project was fully project managed by our team, covering all aspects including building work, electrics, plumbing and decorating ensuring a smooth, stress free experience from start to finish.

The result is a seamless, light filled space that perfectly balances functionality with high end design.
